Hiromi Sugahara

Hiromi had been learned classical piano from her childhood and started writing music. After getting a Bachelor of Humanities and Social Science in Environmental Science from Iwate University she enrolled at Koyo Conservatory in Kobe to study jazz music and vocal performance and was chosen as a scholarship recipient for Voice.
After graduation she developed her career as a vocalist with her band. She was also a member of Salsa Big Band. She won the World Scholarship of Berklee College of Music in Boston and moved in US in 2008. During Berklee days, she learned vocal pedagogy to bring back the techniques to Japan. She was on the Dean’s list for all semesters and graduated with a major in Performance. She worked as a vocal instructor and also was involved in Music Education of kids and babies in Boston and New York.
She came back to Japan in 2011.

Fuminori Kato

Fuminori Kato

Fuminori Kato holds a Bacher of Music in Vocal Performance specializing in Jazz and Popular music from Shobi University of Music, Tokyo. Since graduatin , Mr. Kato passed the rigorous vocal audition “Bad contest”held by B-ing corporation. This success led him and other musicians to form th acoustic rock band Hoop. In 2009, they released their first CD with all original songs composed by Kato followed by a successful concert tour in Japan
Mr. Kato is currently teaching voice, guitar, and song writing for students ages 3years old to adult.
